Default English Toffee- my "desert island" add-in

If I was trapped on a desert (or dessert!?) island and forced to pick one mix in to live with for the rest of my life, it would have to be English toffee. That crisp, chocolatey, buttery crunch is out of this world. I don't care if it's Heath bars or homemade, it's always been my favorite!

I mixed up a batch this week and I want to share the recipe with you- you can check it out here! http://myicecreamadventure.com/engli...vorite-add-in/

I hope you enjoy it, and if you've got any questions, just let me know!

Kevin

I love English toffee too, just not in my ice cream! I just don't like hard or crunchy things interfering with my enjoyment of soft, smooth ice cream. Got any recipe for a toffee sauce, though?
